1. Eligibility

You may browse the Site without creating an account. However, certain features, including purchasing digital products, accessing downloads, or managing orders, may require you to register an account.

2. Digital Products

Nexi3D sells downloadable digital files intended for personal 3D printing use.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive access to download their purchased files.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital files, previews, product descriptions, graphics, logos, website design, and other content available on Nexi3D are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal use.

You may not:

  • redistribute the files;
  • resell the digital files;
  • share download links;
  • upload the files to file-sharing websites;
  • claim the files as your own work;
  • modify and redistribute the files.

Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Nexi3D.

4. Permitted Use

Customers may:

  • download purchased files;
  • print physical models for personal use;
  • modify files for their own printing purposes.

Unless explicitly permitted in the product description or by written authorization from Nexi3D, commercial redistribution of digital files is prohibited.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

Nexi3D does not store payment card information.

Orders become available for download once payment has been successfully completed.

6. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and protecting your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violations of these Terms.

8. Copyright Infringement

  • material waste;
